Hello I'm Jonathan and I am a Functional Exercise and Health Coach, I am dedicated to providing effective and sustainable results for my clients. My approach focuses on the holistic well-being of individuals, aiming to create a balanced and healthy lifestyle through personalized exercise programs and wellness strategies.

Having been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years, I understand the main roadblocks that are stopping people from getting to and maintaining their goals: Time, Money and Commitment.

Our coaching plans are designed to be affordable that enables long-term relationship building. Workouts are designed to be short and effective that allows you to perform quickly after a long day at work. And our programs are rooted in building healthy habits that help you sustain and maintain those results for a lifetime.
